31st August – 7th September 2024 | Sierra de las Nieves, Spain
Retreat Investment: £895pp – payable via instalments
I know from personal experience that it is SO important to take a break from the “day-to-day” of life and work to spend time in an inspiring and nurturing place, so that you have the space to reflect, to restore your energy, to focus on where you want to go and have help on how to get there, and to have the support and advice you need to make sure you achieve your desired plans.
Our home for this week-long retreat is the most amazing Eco-centre in the middle of the Sierra de las Nieves National Park in Spain
Imagine starting your day with a meditation as the sun rises over the mountain in the valley, followed by a long morning yoga session “just for you” on the roof top shala as eagles fly overhead.
After a delicious breakfast we finish the morning with our business skills sessions. This will give you inspiration and clarity on your business desires, and the tools of how to implement this like a professional, efficient and abundant yoga business owner.
After lunch there is space to digest, snooze, reflect, read, walk or take a dip in the water tank pool nestled in the ruins of an ancient monastery.
Our last session of the day will vary from some more yin/restorative practice, or a more workshop style session to explore and inspire your teaching skills and give you confidence in being the authentic teacher you want to be.
During the week we will have a group coaching session, and this will be followed up with a 1 hour coaching session with me a month after the retreat so you get some really personal and focused time.
The last two days of the retreat have a different vibe and schedule with less sessions. This is such an important time to allow all of the ideas and information from the previous days to settle, to have the space if you wish to start making some action plans, or to just step back and spend 2 days relaxing.
On Thursday morning we will have a yoga session, followed by an (optional) trip to a local river for swimming, sunbathing and picnic.
On Friday there is free time after our morning yoga session, so plenty of time for relaxing, planning, taking a dip to cool off, or having a treatment. We will get back together before dinner for a closing session, and then celebrate for the rest of the evening!
You will leave feeling refreshed, more knowledgeable, inspired and bursting to come back and put everything into action.
This retreat is eligible as further training/CPD hours (please check with your individual membership body).

“Wow, where do I start! This retreat quite literally blew my mind, both in terms of the venue (in the hills amongst an old monks monastery and hermitages!) and what I have learnt. I came to the retreat a procrastinating, overwhelmed yogi and have left informed, inspired and motivated with a plan for moving forward with my yoga business. I cannot thank Dawn enough for her undoubted passion and dedication she put into organising this retreat, she truly is an inspiration #yogagoals!
Couldn’t recommend this retreat enough, whether you are new to yoga teaching or a Yoga veteran, teaching at a studio or running your own classes. I feel so grateful to have been able to spend these weeks with like-minded beautiful people, in an amazing venue with sensational food and wonderful staff”

“I’ve known Dawn for a few years now. She was one of the senior teachers and my mentor on my 200hr TT, guided me through several CPDs and further trainings, and continues to be a teacher I practice with whenever I get the chance. I don’t just know and trust Dawn, I LOVE what she offers and brings to the mat. So, getting the opportunity to escape to the Spanish mountains for a week-long dose of yoga, learning and recharging batteries with her was a decision I made without hesitation.
The remote and peaceful retreat site was incredible. Having fresh and delicious food prepared for us by the amazing team, views I will never forget and adventures to go wild swimming in spots of outstanding beauty was my idea of bliss!
I got to share all of this with the most inspiring and supportive group of teachers and I know the friendships and support will continue on. But on top of that, I came away with so much.
Firstly, it has brought me back to a love of my own practice. Spending the mornings meditating as we watched the sun rise and then heading up to the roof top shala to be fully immersed in practice was such a gift.
Secondly, the business skills workshops have given me not just a focus, but an energy to go and make my dreams a reality. They were a real eye opener and the kick up the butt I needed to start making things happen.
Lastly, through the teaching skills workshops I found a space and a confidence in who I am as a teacher.
In just one week something has shifted. Not only do I have a plan, but I have the energy, motivation and belief that I will make this happen.
This wasn’t just a good investment, this was path affirming and I can’t wait to see how far it takes me!
Thank you Dawn.
From one very inspired and ever evolving…
Christine”
