We start at 10am with a flow yoga session of about 90 minutes. We will then grab a cuppa before our first business session of the day.
Breaking for lunch at 1pm (included in price) and time for stroll to digest or just a natter with your fellow teachers.
After lunch we will have another business focused session before finishing with some Yin and Nidra

I am doing this as a community event – therefore is is ONLY FOR YOGA TEACHERS – if you have come across this and are not a yoga teacher, or yoga teacher in training already – please do not book. I aim to do these events at a really accessible price point to support yoga teachers and grow community. If this is still out of your reach financially please contact me directly.
