This Yin Yoga Teacher Training Immersion creates space to explore the practice and experience of Yin Yoga. It can be taken as an online course or you can come live to Whitespace studio in Milton Keynes. Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today. 50 hour accredited course with Yoga Alliance Professionals
In this training immersion, we will explore:
- Yin Sequencing
- Understanding the use of props and modifications in teaching Yin
- Deeper teaching skills of language usage and holding space,
- The history and concepts of Yin Yoga
- Chinese Meridian Theory
- Exploring fascia and skeletal variations in Yin
- Meditation practices
The Yin Yoga Teacher Training course includes a mixture of experiential Yin practice, lectures, group discussions and teaching practice exercises – ensuring you to go away armed with everything you need to teach this wonderful and hugely popular style of yoga.
