This Yin Yoga Teacher Training Immersion creates space to explore the practice and experience of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today.
In this training immersion, we will explore:
- Yin Sequencing
- Understanding the use of props and modifications in teaching Yin
- Deeper teaching skills of language usage and holding space,
- The history and concepts of Yin Yoga
- Chinese Meridian Theory
- Exploring fascia and skeletal variations in Yin
- Meditation practices
The Yin Yoga Teacher Training course includes a mixture of experiential Yin practice, lectures, group discussions and teaching practice exercises – ensuring you to go away armed with everything you need to teach this wonderful and hugely popular style of yoga.
