This is a 1 day CPD day for Yoga Teachers and Teachers in Training.
This is for you if you:
- Want to start introducing flow yoga to your students
- Want to learn the skill of creating intelligently sequenced flows
- Feel stuck in a rut with what you are teaching and want to inject more energy and creativity into your teaching
- Would like to clearly understand the teaching principles of flow and vinyasa – not feel like you are just “making it up”
- Understand how you can fit it all in smoothly and clearly – breath, direct instruction, transitions, assisting, pace…… – there can seem a lot to consider!
- Feel confident teaching flow or vinyasa to mixed level groups
- Understand a flow/vinyasa planning template so you have a simple and clear structure to work to again and again
- Would love to be back in a room having fun, chatting and learning with other yoga teachers!
This 1 day immersion is aimed at teachers and teacher in training who want to develop or deepen the skills to teach safe, inspiring, and creatively sequenced vinyasa flow classes.
Through personal practice, lectures, discussions and group teaching exercises we will explore the key components of vinyasa flow yoga and how to plan and deliver them as teachers. This will be a fun and interactive learning experience, encouraging you to find your own voice, confidence and style as a vinyasa teacher, within the a supportive training environment.
Whilst we have all benefited from (and will continue to) the opportunity to undertake online study, being in a room with people is very special (and of course for this subject essential!). The community aspect of this is really important to me, and for this reason I will be providing lunch as part of the day so we can really connect and share at lunch time.
