This Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training Immersion creates space to explore the practice and experience of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yoga styles that are predominant today. 50 hour accredited course with Yoga Alliance Professionals
In this training immersion, we will explore:
- Yin Sequencing
- Understanding the use of props and modifications in teaching Yin
- Deeper teaching skills of language usage and holding space,
- The history and concepts of Yin Yoga
- Chinese Meridian Theory
- Exploring fascia and skeletal variations in Yin
- Meditation practices
